Eco-Pathways LLC’s DOCKSrx  is proud to offer its solutions to repair failed or failing concrete docks using 21st  Century materials to last with minimal maintenance and aging through the rest of the 21st Century

To promote long-term elegance, many high-quality boat docks and marinas have been developing since the late 20th century with non-toxic, long-life concrete designs rather than toxic preserved wood or other less suitable materials available. Unfortunately, poor design and/or execution have led to too many failures of the concrete docks recently. One Jacksonville, Florida, dock owner with a collapsed dock section contacted Eco-Pathways, hoping to take advantage of our recent materials development and replace his concrete dock with low maintenance, attractive, completely safe docks that would meet his community HOA’s high standards for appearance and uniformity. Coming from Eco-Pathway’s focus on facilities in marine, ground contact, and environmentally sensitive environments, we came up with an economical solution that met and exceeded the dock owner and community expectations. We are proud to offer this solution, which we have termed our DOCKSrx option, to take advantage and incorporate elements still intact to restore a dock and enhance it at the lowest cost and least disruption.
